This Shipping Policy explains how Sancti processes, ships, and handles delivery-related issues for orders placed through sancti.store.

By placing an order with Sancti, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to processing before shipment.

Most orders are processed within approximately 3 to 8 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, stock availability, customization requirements, holidays, or fulfillment conditions.

An order is not considered shipped when you receive an order confirmation email. Your order is considered shipped only once you receive a shipping confirmation or tracking notification.

2. Fulfillment Partner

Some or all Sancti products may be produced, packed, and shipped through a third-party fulfillment partner integrated with our store.

Because of this, shipping timelines, carrier selection, and fulfillment routing may vary by product, order size, and destination.

3. Shipping Times

After an order has been shipped, estimated transit time is typically 5 to 15 business days. These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.

Shipping times may be longer due to:

  • weekends or holidays

  • weather events

  • customs clearance

  • carrier delays

  • high order volume

  • incomplete or incorrect shipping information

  • destination-specific restrictions

Sancti does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

  • destination

  • order weight

  • package size

  • number of items ordered

  • shipping method selected

  • fulfillment origin

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.

Please allow time for the tracking link to activate after shipment. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed by the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, misdelivered, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Sancti is not responsible for that loss or delay.

If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, Sancti may require the customer to pay any additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.

7. Address Changes After Ordering

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sanctificare7@gmail.com.

We do not guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

8. Delays

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only.

Sancti is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, labor interruptions, supply chain issues, force majeure events, or inaccurate customer information.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, or within any time required by applicable law, we may contact you regarding the delay and provide any remedy required by law.

9. International Shipping

Sancti may offer international shipping to select countries or regions.

Availability of international shipping depends on the product and destination. Some countries or regions may be unavailable or restricted.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Sancti is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import processing.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must first:

  • check the delivery address provided in your order

  • check around the delivery location

  • ask household members, building staff, or neighbors

  • contact the shipping carrier directly

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact sanctificare7@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • the email used for the order

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another remedy in our sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.

12. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier routing.

Sancti is not required to combine products into a single shipment unless expressly stated.

13. No Returns or Refunds on Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If your order is subject to Sancti’s no-return, no-refund policy, that policy also applies to shipping charges unless otherwise required by law.
