Sancti Return & Refund Policy

At Sancti, all sales are final. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Sancti does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. This applies to all products sold including, but not limited to, clothing, accessories, limited releases, pre-orders, and sale items.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after payment has been processed.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returned merchandise for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selected by the customer
  • preference changes after purchase
  • dissatisfaction not related to damage or order error
  • delayed delivery caused by the carrier
  • pre-order wait times disclosed at checkout

Please review all product details, sizing information, shipping timelines, and order contents carefully before completing your purchase.

3. No Refunds

Sancti does not issue refunds for any completed orders. All purchases are considered final upon checkout.

4. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, including size exchanges, color exchanges, or product swaps.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sanctificare7@gmail.com.

To review the issue, please include:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • email used to place the order
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

If Sancti determines, in its sole discretion, that the item arrived damaged, defective, or that the wrong item was sent, Sancti may offer one of the following remedies:

  • a replacement item, if available
  • store credit
  • another remedy at Sancti’s discretion

Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made available for purchase before they are ready to ship. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and accept that:

  • production and fulfillment timelines are estimates
  • delays may occur
  • pre-order purchases are final
  • pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund

Estimated shipping windows, if provided, are approximate and not guaranteed.

7. Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sancti is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, you must contact:

  • the shipping carrier
  • your local post office or delivery provider
  • any persons at the delivery address who may have accepted the package

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Sancti is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as an incomplete or incorrect address, any reshipment fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a purchase from Sancti, you agree to contact us first at sanctificare7@gmail.com. before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks filed on transactions that comply with this policy may be contested with supporting documentation, including this policy, order confirmation, shipment confirmation, tracking records, and customer communications.

10. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy is required by law, Sancti will comply with those legal obligations.
